Delete your account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account in the app or with the form on this page. If you never created an account, your data only lives on your phone; deleting the app is enough.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1Open the appGo to the Profile tab and open Settings.
2Settings › Delete accountThe red option at the very bottom. It's there when you're signed in.
3Delete my accountYour account and all your data are deleted the moment you confirm. You need to be online.

What happens?

DeletedYour account details (name, username, email, sign-in method), all your habits and their history, badges, streak shields, settings and cloud backup.
Stays with AppleYour purchase history stays in your Apple account. Apple handles payments; we never see your card details.
Not affectedYour App Store subscription. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it: cancel first on your iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or it keeps renewing.

Request deletion on the web

For your security, we'll email a confirmation link to this address. Nothing is deleted until you open it. Once confirmed, your account is deleted within 30 days.
