You can export your full history as a CSV file anytime. It's free, with or without an account.
- Open the Profile tab and tap Settings.
- Under Data, tap Export data (CSV).
- Choose where to send the file from the share sheet: save it to Files, email it to yourself, or open it in another app.
The file is named just-streak-YYYY-MM-DD.csv with today's date. It opens in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets.
What's inside: one row for every day you checked off or that a shield protected, including archived habits. The columns are:
- Habit and Goal
- Date
- Status: done or shielded
- Time of the check-off
- Archived: whether the habit is in your archive
Missed days aren't listed, since there's nothing recorded for them.
The export is a copy for your records. It can't be imported back into the app. To keep your habits safe across phones, create an account instead. See Creating an account and backing up.
