No problem. We'll email you a 6-digit code (not a link) so you can set a new password.
- On the Log in screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter your email and tap Send code.
- Type the 6-digit code from the email and tap Verify.
- Choose a new password (at least 6 characters) and tap Save password.
You're logged in again right away.
Didn't get the code?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you typed the email you signed up with.
- Wait a minute, then tap Resend. Codes expire after 15 minutes, so use the newest one.
- If you see Too many tries, wait a few minutes and try again.
Signed up with Apple or Google? Your account doesn't have a just streak password. Just tap Apple or Google on the Log in screen.
Already logged in and want to change your password? Go to Settings › Password. If you've forgotten the current one, the reset option is on that screen too.
