Your longest streak is the longest unbroken run a habit has had, from the day you created it until today. It uses the same rules as your current streak, so it's always a fair comparison.
What counts
- Every scheduled day you checked off adds one.
- A check-off on a rest day is a bonus and adds one too.
- A shielded day keeps the run going but doesn't add to it.
- Unscheduled days you skip are simply passed over.
- A scheduled day that was missed and not shielded ends the run.
Where to see it
- Open a habit from the Today screen.
- At the top you'll find Current streak, Longest and Total days. Total days is how many days you've checked it off overall.
Your Profile tab also shows your Longest streak and Total days.
When a streak ends, your longest one is saved. It's also the number shown on the Your streak ended screen.
One thing to know: if you change a habit's days, its history is recalculated under the new schedule, so both the current and longest streak can change.
