Most of the time it's a setting on the phone or in the app. Go through this list and one of these will usually be the culprit.
- iPhone permission. Open the iPhone's Settings › Notifications › just streak and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Choose Immediate Delivery instead of Scheduled Summary. See Turning notifications back on.
- In-app switches. In just streak, go to Profile › Settings › Notifications and check that Daily reminder and Streak at risk are on.
- A time on the habit. Open the habit and check that it says "reminder at …". If it says "no reminder", tap Edit and turn on Reminder.
- Scheduled days only. Reminders only go out on the habit's scheduled days, and not at all if you've already checked it off that day.
- Quiet hours. A reminder that falls inside quiet hours (11 PM to 8 AM by default) arrives when they end. The 9 PM Streak at risk alert is skipped if it falls inside them.
- Focus modes. A Focus like Sleep or Do Not Disturb can hold notifications back. See Quiet hours and Focus modes.
- Open the app now and then. Reminders are planned about two weeks ahead each time you open just streak. If you haven't opened it in a while, open it once to refresh them.
